代辦能提供的簽證資訊是？

C組織的傑森真的通報了UKBA，但我對於究竟能滯留英國多久卻沒把握。以下是我在9月28日寫給I單位的一封信：

關於你寄給我的上ㄧ封信我還是有問題所以不能接受而想請教你，不過我這幾天比較沒辦法好好寫信，所以可能兩天後再寫給你。

我想先請教關於簽證的事。因為雖然我打電話問過，但有人說應該是28天，有人說是ㄧ個月，很多人勸我說還是要引用政府的法令條文才比較有根據，所以我還是想請你幫我找或幫我問我到底可以待多久，因為我實在找不到。謝謝你。

I單位的回信是：

蘇格蘭的風景很美吧? 希望你在旅途上有遇到新鮮好玩的事情

嗯  我了解站在你的立場，還是無法接受的

兩邊的想法角度很不同，所以造成這樣的結果~.~

先說你問的問題，你之前說你打電話去Home office問不是說60天嗎?

後來你說28 or 30天，所以我又試著找看看，這是我覺得比較符合的解釋

How long can you stay?
If we give you permission to come to the UK under Tier 5 (Temporary workers
- charity workers), you can live and work here for a maximum time of 12
months or the time given in your certificate of sponsorship plus 28 days,
whichever is shorter.

This time must begin no more than 14 days before the start date given on
your certificate of sponsorship

所以應該是說，如果C組織 Jason在UK 9/21當天提報UKBA，那10/19當天是需出境英國的
日期

緊接著她又寫了一封信：

剛剛又看了更多早上傳給你看的UKBA相關網頁

如果你有考慮到另一個教會單位擔任志工，應該可以在英國延長(在你未出境的情況
下，最長可延到12個月->應該是加總)

但如果你出境英國後以觀光名義回英國的話，則無法在英國申請
you are already here in the Tier 5 (Temporary workers - charity workers)
sub-category and you want to extend your stay (up to a maximum total stay of
12 months - see below).
If you are already in the UK in a different immigration category, you cannot
apply to 'switch' into the Tier 5 (Temporary workers - charity workers)
sub-category.

Changing your job
If you have permission to enter or stay in the UK under tier 5, you can
apply to change your job either in the same organisation or in a new
organisation.  You must apply again and meet all the points' requirements.

You will need to send evidence that you meet the maintenance requirement
when applying for a new job.

還有之前提到的停留天數，你問到的60天是沒錯的(我之前給你的網頁是另一個狀況)

Finishing a job
If your job ends before your permission to stay runs out, it is likely that
we may limit your permission to stay to 60 days. You will need to apply
again if you want to stay in the UK in this or another category.

We will not limit your permission to stay if you have less than 6 months
left.

我的回信是：

這些網頁在我打電話給UKBA 之前我就都看過了，但我覺得都不足以說明我的狀況。第一，我是被取消Certificate，不是提前結束工作。第二，我不是在原簽證給予期間後欲續留。另外，因為我的Certificate是被取消的，我並不能延長簽證，我需要重新申請Certificate以申請簽證。
可以請你再幫忙尋找詢問相關的法規說明嗎？謝謝

隔天她又寫了一封信：

我從UKBA又找到這段policy:
Termination of employment
If an applicant’s employment ends before 84. his/her period of leave, we
may curtail his/her leave to 60 days. If the applicant has less than 6
months of his/her leave remaining, we will not curtail this leave. An
applicant may wish to make a further application for leave.

Termination / fishing 的字面解釋是終止/結束，所以應該是涵蓋sponsor主動提出終
止，或temporary worker主動提出終止

的確，如果要繼續留在英國，則需要有另外的sponsor並再次提出Tier 5 visa申請(你
人還在英國且在當地停留有效期限尚未失效時，應該可以直接在英國申請?)

C組織行政費用及面試費用佔總參加費的40-50%
C組織出國志工營會及國內外保險費用佔總參加費的20-30%
I單位 TAIWAN的行政費用佔總參加費的20-30%

附上這些信的重點在於，讀者可以看得出來，代辦可能並不比我清楚簽證的問題，這些網頁我都看過了，而且，他做的事跟我做的事情並沒有兩樣，都只是在網頁上找資料。（喔，我還有寫信和打電話去問唷）

另外，最後提到了C組織收取的費用。
